My name is Mel, I’m a Fitness instructor, Mum, Wife & Rower. These are my family & friend’s favourite recipes we’ve tried and tested. There’s only a few on here at the moment but I’ll be gradually adding more, especially once my new camera arrives! 🙂

I’m lactose intolerant and follow a Sugar & Gluten-free diet that helps manage my IBS  – which at it’s worst has been painful and life debilitating. Collecting and trying new recipes sourced online has become a bit of a hobby lately so I’m returning the love and sharing my own versions and favourites for other people like me who eat to be well.

Cutting back on Sugar and Gluten has made a big difference to my overall health and I encourage anyone who has digestion problems to give it a go.  You don’t have to stop completely straight away, just slowly phase it out gradually, no big deal. You can still eat really great food. Hope you enjoy my recipes and please do let me know if you try them how you get on, I’d love your feedback, Mel x
